Sierra Tap House “The Tap House” opened its doors in 2006 during the Downtown River Festival.  We are conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Reno on the beautiful River Walk District. Outside of the great assortment of beer, we have created a unique atmosphere with great patio seating directly viewing the beautiful Truckee River! 

What makes the Sierra Tap House so unique?  Great question.  We pride ourselves in featuring a rotating  selection of 11 draft beers from the Sierra Nevada Brewery, located in Chico, CA. Outdoor seating located directly on the River Walk gives you a front row seat to enjoy all the Downtown Festivals, Concerts, and Events without ever leaving our property.

 Sierra Tap House is now selling Growlers of your Favorite Sierra Nevada Brewery Brews for you to take Home!!!  Bring in your own growler, up to 64oz, or buy one from us. 

 
  Tough day at work? Stop by and enjoy our weekday Happy Hour from 3 P.M. to 7 P.M.  Even better, enjoy these Happy Hour specials ALL DAY every Monday!

Outside of our great Happy Hour specials, we offer a great line-up of weekly specials and promotions including:

Tuesday Sierra Tap House presents: Tuesdays Taste of Reno. Every Tuesday Night we present a Taste of Reno, featuring local Musical Groups, Poets, and Artists from the Reno Area.  This a free event for everyone with no cover charge and always begins at 8pm. So come by and enjoy some great music and great brews at the Sierra Tap House every Tuesday Night!

Wednesday Trivia Night (Voted best trivia night in RnR).  Come down at 9pm (however, you may want to get here early to save yourself a seat) and test your knowledge on random trivia, and win some bar tabs. 

Thursday - $5 Thursdays! All Menu items from Java Jungle are $5 ALL DAY & ALL NIGHT!! Including Pizzas, Sandwiches, Chicken Wings, Calzones, etc...  Recesssion Proof.
